Shubhecchha Dhaurali is a Commonwealth of Massachusetts employee at the Asian American & Pacific Islanders Commission (AAPIC). Research within REACH is an independent project developed and implemented through her fellowship with the national Asian American Women’s Political Initiative (AAWPI) and is not affiliated with or supported by the Commonwealth. This project does not utilize resources established through the Commonwealth. Shubhecchha does not have any influence over or involvement with the AAPI Commission’s community grant-funding decisions. Shubhecchha has reviewed this matter with legal representatives from the State Ethics Commission. This disclosure is provided to ensure transparency and to avoid any actual or perceived conflict of interest. Thank you.
